The Role

We're looking for a Fraud Analyst to join our team — no prior experience in fraud is required, just a keen interest in analytics and a desire to learn. In this role, you'll play a vital part in protecting our customers and business by turning data into actionable insights that shape strategy and improve performance. As a Fraud Analyst, you will:

• Develop and maintain fraud dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor trends and detect emerging threats.
• Support operational fraud investigations by providing data extracts, case insights, and tool enhancements.
• Partner with technology and data teams to improve data quality, access, and automation of reporting processes.
• Contribute to regular fraud risk reviews, audits, and governance forums with clear data-driven insights.
• Stay informed on industry trends, fraud typologies, and regulatory developments to inform proactively strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for data analysis — we're looking for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and turning insights into action.
• Experience in fraud analytics, financial crime, or data analysis is beneficial but not essential.
• Demonstrated ability to work with data, solve problems, and communicate insights effectively.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools (such as PowerBI) is desirable.
