We're looking for a freelance conference producer to help out on IPE and IPE Real Assets' 2026 Conferences. The role is two days a week and will be remote although you would be welcome to work in our London Bridge office if you chose. The project will run from early September to mid-December and will focus on speaker research and recruitment in topics across asset classes including equities, fixed income, infrastructure, natural capital, real estate and other private markets.

Responsibilities
- Researching and recruiting speakers for conferences;
- Assisting with general speaker admin, including gathering photos and bios
- Inviting event attendees to various side events held alongside IPE's conferences
Qualifications
- A solid knowledge of financial markets
- Excellent written English and verbal skills
- The ability to navigate European Commission and individual European government offices, including finance ministries and extending to central banks and regulatory agencies
- An interest in and curiosity about pensions investment as it relates to economies overall
