Description

We’re supporting a leading agency that’s looking to bring in a Freelance Event Manager to support delivery across a busy programme of high-profile live events.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to someone who’s confident managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders and suppliers, while keeping projects moving smoothly against tight deadlines. It’s a great opportunity for an organised, adaptable Event Manager looking for a solid contract through to summer.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end delivery of multiple live event projects
Acting as a key client-facing contact, managing communications and expectations
Leading status calls and meetings, sharing notes and next steps
Managing external suppliers including venues and AV partners
Ensuring timelines, deliverables and deadlines are met across all projects

Skills & Experience

Proven experience at Event Manager / Account Manager level
Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously
Experience managing third-party suppliers

Knowledge of Cvent is a bonus, but not essential

Project Scope & Duration

Freelance contract starting mid-February, running until mid-July.
