Freelance Hybrid Private PA to Founders - London - approx 30 hours a week - Immediate start

Job : Part time freelance Private PA to Founders ( approx 30 hours a week - core hours 1 pm - 6 pm Monday to Friday but the ideal candidate will need to be available for urgent requirements of the Founders outside these hours )

Type : Hybrid - some household attendance required - multiple properties

Location : North London

Start : ASAP

Salary : Hourly - depending on experience, this role is on a Freelance basis - hourly rate up to £ 50.00 per hour

We are currently looking for a Part Time Freelance virtual private PA to support Founders & family, this role will be part time across the week ( could include evenings and weekends ) the core hours are Monday to Friday 1 pm - 6 pm.

This role requires reactive & pro active support for busy individuals & family. This role will start ASAP. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role ( Private PA ) and understand the needs & demands this type of role brings. This is a long term freelance contract.

Duties to Include ( but not limited to ) :

• Diary & Calander management
• Managing multiple personal schedules and appointments
• Complex travel organisation UK & International for individuals & family
• Overall Event planning & management - private parties, social engagements, family gatherings, birthday's etc
• liaising with other household staff or external parties.
• Supporting a wide range of household duties as required
• Project support / management personal projects when required
• Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality when managing sensitive personal and professional information
