About the Role 

We’re seeking a skilled freelance photo researcher with a keen eye for visual storytelling and a deep understanding of what makes an image compelling. You’ll play a key role in sourcing and curating imagery that enhances our creative projects. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Research and source high-quality images for various creative projects 
• Explore a wide range of image sources, including stock libraries and online archives 
• Organise and catalogue selected images into presentation decks 
• Maintain accurate records for all sourced visuals 
• Collaborate closely with producers, art directors, and 3D artists to align imagery with project goals

Required Skills & Experience 

• Strong grasp of photographic composition, including scale, perspective, and depth of field 
• Ability to identify and select images that meet both technical and creative standards 
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail 
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment
