Role Overview

This freelance opportunity offers flexibility and the chance to work with a leading premium spa and wellness brand.


You will play a key role in driving sales growth, securing new business, account management and delivering high-quality product and treatment training to our spa and clinic partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and grow client accounts in collaboration with the Spa Sales Account Manager
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in the spa and wellness sector
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting products, treatments, and brand initiatives to new and existing clients
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to maximise revenue potential
  • Deliver engaging product and treatment training to spa therapists — both remotely and in person
  • Represent our brand with professionalism, expertise, and enthusiasm
  • Travel within the UK (and potentially overseas) for client visits, training sessions, and business development meetings
  • Maintain a flexible schedule with availability for ad hoc training and sales activity days
  • Be available for short-notice assignments when required


Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in the spa, wellness, or skincare industry with a strong track record in sales and/or business development
  • Skilled trainer, confident in both virtual and on-site delivery
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and commercially minded
  • Flexible, reliable, and happy to travel as needed

Working hours:
