Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while keeping operations running smoothly? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our Key Account Managers and serve as a trusted point of contact for our valued clients. In this role, you will ensure inquiries are handled promptly and professionally, providing an outstanding client experience every step of the way.
You will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end shipment processes, coordinating with both internal teams and external partners, and maintaining accurate shipping documentation. Additionally, you will support invoicing and billing activities, helping our operations team deliver efficiency and reliability in every transaction.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexible working but when you are at site, you’ll be based at our Bradford site in the BD12 Low Moor area, conveniently located just a few minutes’ drive from junction 26 of the M62. In return, we offer a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience, along with a structured development plan that includes training, mentorship, and clear opportunities for career growth within our organisation.
