Who we’re looking for
We're looking for an experienced Front of House Assistant to join our in-house Front of House team. This is a busy, client facing role so we're looking for someone who's extremely organised and confident in dealing with people at all levels.

What You'll Do
- Greet Clients that are visiting our Executive floor and escort then to meeting room
- Manage meeting room bookings using Manhattan space scheduling.
- Take ownership of the meeting rooms, ensuring that they are keep clean and tidy at all time
- Liaise with the EA's and assist them with there meeting requirements
- Follow opening and closing procedures reporting any faults to the appropriate contract
- Liaise with the hospitality team, arranging refreshments and catering for the floor
- Experience of working in a large corporate environment
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Manhattan space scheduling (or similar system) is desirable
