As a Front of House Assistant, your role will involve greeting guests, managing stock control, taking delivery of mail, basic office maintenance/facilities management and other general queries.

This is an exciting role within an adapting work environment. It will be both challenging and rewarding and will allow you to gain and develop a broad variety of different skills.
The working hours for this role are 08:00 - 17:00 and you will be fully office based.
Responsibilities
- Ownership for the delivery of outstanding customer service at all times. Providing a first-class service with a "can do" attitude approach to everyone within the company.
- Ensuring all office equipment is hygienically maintained and serviceable at all times.
- Develop an understanding of all mail room services to include the processing and distribution of emails and physical inbound/outbound mail
- Liaise with 3rd party service providers to ensure hygienic cleaning/monitoring/reporting is carried out.
- Complete daily floor walk checks and activities as well as providing general maintenance to a high standard
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety checks and address any potential hazards.
What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
- Previous experience in a Front of House, Customer Service or Facilities Management role.
- Be highly organised and be able to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
- Maintains high standards of performance by identifying and creating self-development opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential for this role.
Desirable
- Previous workplace facilities experience in a corporate/ office environment
