What does a Front of House do at Hogarth?
A key client facing role as the face of Hogarth at Devons Point to ensure an efficient call service, reception area and a warm welcome for all clients and colleagues. Managing the day to day running of the studio and a key member of staff to be on hand to help employees in all areas. This is a fantastic opportunity within a growing company to be at the heart and soul of a business.
- Book taxis, couriers, catering, desk booking, meeting rooms and online meeting bookings.
- Booking travel and accommodation for the leadership team.
- Meet people in reception and show them round the office before meetings/interviews/bookings.
- Maintain client and visitor passes
- Update internal team documents and maintain permissions – new starter pack, group email address lists.
- Support with onboarding new starters across Europe, which may include setting up inductions, circulating new starter packs, passes and comms, office tours and more.
- Support leadership team on busy office days, which may include organising lunch and running errands.
- Timesheet data input for team members who are unable to access relevant tools (training will be provided).
- Proactively keeping the office space tidy, maintaining upkeep of desk space and working with IT & facilities to resolve tech issues.
- Buying and ordering stock for the kitchen and stationary.
- Support with organisation of team social events.

This role reports to the Property Services Manager and Ops Directors.
