Front of House Coordinator

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Front of House Coordinator to be the first point of contact at our Head Office. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, from welcoming visitors to supporting our facilities colleagues behind the scenes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Being the friendly face of our Head Office, greeting visitors and handling reception duties.
• Running our on-site shop and kiosk, making sure everything is stocked and colleagues get great service.
• Working closely with the Facilities Service Manager to support day-to-day operations.
• Providing cover for the manager during holidays or absence, ensuring everything continues to run smoothly.
• Supporting with admin tasks, coordinating bookings, and helping with wider office needs.
  
  

About You

We’re looking for someone who’s approachable, adaptable and enjoys working with people. You’ll be organised and able to juggle different tasks, with a positive attitude and great communication skills. Previous experience in reception, customer services, hospitality, or office support would be helpful, but what’s most important is your enthusiasm and willingness to get stuck in.
