Frontend Developer

About the Role

We are seeking skilled Front-End Developers to join our team in delivering services front-end user interfaces for multiple user types. You will be building high-quality, accessible, and user-centric solutions using the GOV.UK Frontend Toolkit and modern web technologies.

You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary project team alongside back-end developers, DevOps engineers, business analysts, interaction designers, user researchers, product managers, and testers to ensure our solutions meet both user needs and business goals.

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive and accessible front-end applications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to deliver consistent, user-focused experiences.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and guidance.
• Integrate front-end components with back-end services.
• Optimise performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications.

• Developing and deploying to cloud-hosted environments
• JIRA and Confluence usage
