Front end Team Lead (Hands on) – Low-Code SaaS (Remote | NL, UK, ES)

Compensation: €100–120k base + personal bonus + team bonus (up to €180k OTE) + stock options + unlimited vacation + fully remote + flexible hours

We’re looking for a Tech Lead to join our elite engineering team and help shape the future of our platform. This is an opportunity to work in a high-impact role, leading a small, talented team while still being hands-on with cutting-edge technology.

🚀 The Role

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 3 engineers (at least 18 months of line management experience required).
• Drive technical strategy and execution across a complex SaaS environment.
• Contribute hands-on in development with your expertise in React + TS/JS or Go + Node.js.
• Collaborate with world-class engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Balance leadership responsibilities with technical depth, ensuring both your team and the product thrive.

🛠️ Key Requirements

• Proven line management experience (18+ months), leading and developing a team of engineers.
• Senior-level expertise in either:
• React + TypeScript/JavaScript, OR
• Go + Node.js
• Deep understanding of SaaS and complex technical environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Based in Netherlands, UK, or Spain.
