ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Fulfilment & Logistics Manager to look after our fulfilment and customer service, reporting into our Head of Ops. You’ll need to lead across some areas of operations: B2B customer Service, Stock Holding, B2B and D2C shipments – ensuring all orders go out on time and in full.


We’re hoping you’ll be data driven, analytical, with excellent attention to detail and a true problem solver. You’ll also be able to communicate and present data to the team and have the initiative & judgement to act if the situation demands it and as a start-up, we need you to be agile in your role, keen no matter how big or small the task.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and manage the day-to-day relationships with our third-party logistics (3PL) partners, ensuring service level, cost-efficiency, and delivery KPIs are met.
  • Own key customer supply relationships with retailers, including order processing and B2B customer services(managing order flow, supply questions and escalations).
  • Manage our order and inventory systems (Unleashed & Shopify), ensuring stock accuracy and timely fulfilment.
  • Manage the execution of reworks, co-packing and limited-edition product launches, whilst coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with internal teams across Customer Service, Growth, Sales and Marketing to ensure operational alignment.
  • Drive efficiencies to packaging management from warehouse out to consumer
  • Monitor and improve fulfilment related KPIs, such as OTIF, returns, damages and delivery SLAs.
  • Partner closely with Finance to support accurate month-end processes, stock reconciliations, credit notes, and proof of delivery (POD) tracking.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of experience In a fulfilment/customer-facing supply chain role.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Proactive with great multitasking skills and a positive approach to problem solving
  • Proficient with Excel; experience using Shopify and Unleashed is a plus!
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with UK Retailer customers (e.g Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose etc); experience managing D2C fulfilment is a plus!
