• Build software with scalability, security, performance, and reliability in mind, aligned with MACH engineering principles and guided by architecture frameworks and patterns defined by the wider engineering community. Focus on delivering high-impact solutions that drive real business value.
• Apply industry best practices and contribute to solving complex business problems, especially where no clear precedent exists, by collaborating with peers and sharing knowledge across the team. Support the implementation of practical, effective solutions where appropriate.
What you’ll need
• Development Expertise: Excellent knowledge of modern software development toolsets including Cloud hosting, Containers, Kubernetes, API’s, DevOps Continuous Integration and Delivery in GCP (preferred), Azure or AWS.

• MACH Engineering: Strong experience of micro-front end, micro-service Api design, event driven headless architecture along with RESTful APIs and
web services.
• Build and Deploy: Proven experience in developing and managing full stack applications across all environments, from local development to production. Skilled in tailoring deployments, configurations, and monitoring
strategies to meet the specific needs of each stage.
• DevOps: Familiar with modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g. Gitlab, Jenkins, Docker etc.). Experience with Kubernetes-based environments, particularly Google Kubernetes
Engine (GKE), or similar orchestration platforms is highly desirable.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: As a Senior Engineer, you’ll actively support the growth of junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance. You’ll foster a collaborative environment where continuous learning is encouraged, and best practices are shared across the team.
