Title: Full Stack Developer

Reports to: Engineering Manager

Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days office based per week)

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000–£54,000 + Benefits + EMI options

What you bring

• A commitment to constant learning and professional improvement.
• One to three years progressive full-stack engineering experience.
• At least one year of demonstrated experience programming with one or more Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Django, etc).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
• Commercial experience with JavaScript or TypeScript (ideally React).
• Experience with RESTful APIs.
• Experience in code management tools as Git and package managers (e.g., pip, poetry, uv, npm, or yarn).
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, unit tests, and documentation, following best practices and coding standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• You take accountability and can work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience creating user interfaces for web applications.
• Familiarity with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
