Fullstack Engineer (Python / Django / React)

Location: Windsor / Uxbridge (Hybrid)

Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 plus bonuses and share options

We are seeking a Backend Developer to join a growing technology company working on an AI-driven data platform that is transforming the way industries operate.

This role involves building highly scalable, data-intensive systems that integrate advanced machine learning and real-time analytics. You will work alongside a high-calibre engineering team, including contributors to the Django framework, in an environment that combines the excitement of a greenfield project with the stability of an established, well-funded organisation.

Working Arrangements

the first three months, you will be required to work onsite in Windsor/Uxbridge four days per week. Once training is complete (or sooner for people progressing fast), the role transitions to a hybrid model with two fixed days in the office and the remaining days from home.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Python and Django
• Collaborate with React engineers to deliver integrated applications
• Work with large datasets and support the integration of machine learning solutions
• Contribute to architectural design with a focus on performance and scalability
• Participate in agile sprints with regular milestones and deliverables

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Python and Django
• Solid experience with React
• Experience building scalable, data-driven platforms
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts is an advantage but not essential
