The Role

We are seeking a Medical Information Specialist to join our Medical Information team. In this role, you will provide high-quality medical information support to healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders. You will serve as a trusted resource for product information while ensuring compliance with regulatory, client, and company standards.

What You'll Do:

You will be a frontline resource delivering medical and product information. You will engage in thoughtful, empathetic conversations with patients and healthcare professionals. You will accurately manage medical information requests, adverse events, and product quality reports in compliance with regulatory and client standards

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Life Science degree, Batchelor's minimum
• Desire to support patients, provide information and assistance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to include customer service skills
• Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
