Your Role
- 🏡 Support with daily living tasks like cooking, cleaning, dressing
- 🎯 Encourage personal goals, hobbies, and community activities
- 🚘 Drive company vehicles to take individuals on trips and appointments
- 💊 Administer medication and update care plans
- 🛡️ Promote safeguarding and dignity at all times
- ✅ A full UK driving licence (must be able to drive company vehicles)
- 🧠 Experience with learning disabilities, autism or mental health
- ❤️ A genuine passion for helping others
- 💪 Resilience, empathy, and a positive outlook
- 😄 A friendly nature and good sense of humour
