Role Description
This is a full-time role located in various locations throughout th UK for Gabion Wall Installers. The Gabion Wall Installer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of preparing sites, assembling gabions, and filling them with stone or other materials. The role includes interpreting drawings, ensuring the proper alignment and stability of the structures, and conducting quality checks to maintain high standards of work. Other tasks include manual labor, working with hand tools and power tools, and collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in site preparation and interpreting drawings
- Skills in assembling gabions and filling them accurately
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform manual labor and maintain high-quality standards
- Strong teamwork skills and effective communication
- Relevant certifications or training in construction or related fields are a plus
- Prior experience in retaining structures or similar roles is advantageous
