An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join the matchday experience team at Norwich City Football Club in the role of Games Maker. The role will involve working 5 hours each home matchday, before and during the match. This is an excellent role for someone who is people focused, approachable and able to deliver a warm welcome to all supporters on match day.

Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work as part of a the matchday experience team to deliver a warm welcome and support to all supporters on matchday.
• Represent the club in a positive and professional manner, improving the experience of everyone you interact with.
• Provide visitors with venue information and activities, as well as relevant local transport and community knowledge.
• To act in a manner that supports the Club’s Values of Growth, Integrity, Belonging, Resilience, Pride and Commitment
