Are you ready to lead from the front and make a real impact on the UK's infrastructure? At Balfour Beatty, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated
Highways Structures Ganger to join our team delivering essential maintenance and improvement works across our highways network.
What you'll be doing
- Leading a team to deliver a wide range of highway maintenance tasks including deep excavations, drainage, kerb laying, concrete repairs, and more.
- Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
- Using BIM 360 Field and iPad technology to capture quality and progress.
- Liaising with supervisors and clients to ensure smooth delivery and compliance.
- Supporting emergency and winter service provision when required.
Who we're looking for
- A valid driving licence and a strong commitment to health and safety.
- Pride in your work and a flexible, can-do attitude.
- Experience in highways, groundworks or construction is desirable.
- Additional qualifications such as EUSR, NRSWA, CSCS, CPC, or telehandler training are a plus.
