This is a full-time hybrid role for a Gen-AI Technical Lead at Avance Consulting. The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the Gen-AI team in Madrid, with the flexibility to work from home. The day-to-day tasks include overseeing technical projects, driving innovation in AI solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of cutting-edge technologies.

• Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
• Experience in leading technical teams and projects
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Certifications in AI or ML technologies are a plus
