General Manager – Catering
Location: Empress State Building, Central London
Hours/Contract: Monday – Friday (occasional weekends as needed)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading catering, hospitality, and client service operations
- Managing, mentoring, and developing teams across the site
- Controlling costs, GP, labour, and operational performance
- Ensuring safety, hygiene, and compliance across departments
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders, responding to feedback
- Coordinating with subcontractors and partners to meet service standards
