Skills & Experience
- With a focus on developing positive relationships within the community, you will have strong customer service skills with the ability to develop an inspiring culture across the site for your customers and your team.
- You will seek to improve your site and your own personal development, through a process of continual learning, and be an advocate of continual learning and development for your team.
- Able to plan and organise, you will have a strategic awareness of the long term goals of the business and be able to achieve your objectives, using evidence based decision making, and your determination to succeed.
As a General Manager you will be passionate, resilient, friendly and fair, you will have a strong and ethical approach to carrying out your role, and be an empowering leader for your team.
Your Pub
History being particularly famous for its resident skull, reported to belong to the Early of Derby’s executioner. It has an excellent reputation for quality food drink and customer service. It holds a 70-seater indoor restaurant, a relaxed dining and drinking area within the rest of the pub, and further outdoor seating to enjoy the amazing views of the area. Walkers, dogs and families are all welcome!
