Situated in the heart of MediaCityUK, our Flex Team leads a dynamic workspace operation designed to support and scale modern businesses. We manage and lease high-quality flexible office spaces tailored to the needs of entrepreneurs, freelancers, startups, and growing SMEs. Our vibrant ecosystem currently supports over 250 SMEs, offering them more than just a workspace — we provide a community.

This role is based in Media City, working from the office 4 days a week.
What you will be responsible for:
Business Development
- Spearhead and lead all workspace tours, showcasing our unique offerings.
- Cultivate a dynamic network within Flex and the broader MediaCity community to foster collaboration and opportunity.
- Champion in-house events that strengthen community ties and enhance member engagement.
- Actively organise and attend both internal and external networking events, demonstrating our commitment beyond typical business hours.
- Drive growth initiatives through strategic social media marketing and impactful digital advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to produce comprehensive reports that highlight community engagement and sales achievements.
Member Engagement
- Uphold and elevate extraordinary standards of customer service as the primary point of contact for all members and staff.
- Design and implement innovative initiatives to enrich the member experience and cultivate a vibrant sense of community.
- Foster a collaborative environment among members through meaningful personal introductions that spark connections.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential member-related issues, ensuring seamless experiences for all.
- Develop and enforce effective community processes that enhance and optimise the overall member journey.
- Serve as the essential liaison between members and the management team, ensuring clear communication and support.
Operations
- Oversee and streamline workspace operations, maintaining regular communication with members to guarantee unmatched satisfaction.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues, delegating tasks to ensure swift solutions.
- Manage member billing for office services, with comprehensive training provided for a seamless transition.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers to support our operational needs.
- Leverage Monday.com to ensure prompt and effective resolution of all member inquiries and concerns, reinforcing our commitment to excellent service.
