We are now looking for a General Manager to lead a high-performing, stable, and ambitious dealership. This is a busy site consistently meeting its targets, with a strong team in place and an excellent reputation. We’re open to experienced General Managers and to high-performing Sales Managers who are ready to step up into their first General Manager role.

What You’ll Do

As General Manager, you’ll bring our values to life every day. You’ll:

• Lead the dealership with passion, setting the standard across all departments and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Respect, support, and empower your team by creating opportunities for growth, celebrating their successes, and motivating them to achieve their best.
• Uphold the highest levels of professionalism while driving performance, efficiency, and operational excellence while promoting a safe and professional environment for colleagues and customers.
• Act with integrity, building trust with customers, colleagues, and manufacturer partners, while maintaining operational excellence, financial performance, and cost control.
• Demonstrate commitment to both financial results and long-term customer loyalty, ensuring the dealership continues to grow and succeed.
  
  
  

About You

• A proven leader with a track record of driving results in the motor retail sector.
• Either an experienced General Manager, or a high-performing Sales Manager ready for the next step.
• Passionate about people, performance, and customer experience.
• Values-driven, with integrity and a collaborative leadership style.

• £70,000 basic salary, OTE £100,000 + Company Car
