General Practice Surveyor

Our client, an award-winning and well-established Chartered Surveyors firm is seeking a General Practice Surveyor to join team. This role offers a great mix of valuation and lease advisory work across a broad range of commercial property types.

The role:

• Deliver high-quality valuation and lease advisory services for a diverse client base across retail, office, and industrial sectors.
• Undertake rent reviews, lease renewals, and development appraisals, supported by internal agency teams.
• Prepare detailed, expert-level reports for loan, acquisition, and accounting purposes.
• Manage and grow client relationships, delivering excellent service while seeking new business opportunities.
• Work independently and proactively, contributing to the growth of the Professional team and wider business.

What they’re looking for:

• MRICS qualified General Practice Surveyor with RICS Registered Valuer status.
• Experience in lease advisory and/or commercial property valuation.
• Self-motivated, well-organised, and commercially aware, with strong report writing and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing deadlines, client expectations, and multiple projects.
