Based in London under the EU north Area sales manager

Sales Training and support

• Train distributor sales and brand ambassadors on the product portfolio and usage.
• Continuously create tools (e.g., masterclasses, recipes) to support brand ambassadors year-round and importer sales teams
• Provide technical support and training for new markets and during trade shows.
• Provide expert support for tender and menu creation.
• Maintain travel to newly established markets while building local brand ambassadors.
• Ensure markets receive relevant updates on new and upcoming SKUs.

Trade marketing

• Support the sales area manager in building the sales & marketing plan of the area in close link with importers
• Trade marketing support for the area in collaboration with the importers and the global marketing.
• Adapt marketing campaigns based on feedback from individual markets as needed.
• Regularly review distributor-produced materials to ensure brand alignment.

Brand Promotion

• Build and sustain relationships with key opinion leaders of the industry : bartenders, baristas, experts and media of the region.
• PR activities : Create a strong relationship and become the direct contact for the regional media (Spirit business, Drinks Inter, Class mag, Difford’s…) in collaboration with the global marketing.
• Forge local and regional partnerships to enhance positioning and explore new awareness channels.

Insight

• Track market trends and monitor the competitive landscape; communicate anticipated needs from local teams to the global team.
• Build a strong relationship with the EU BA network and contribute to the organisation of the annual Brand Ambassador meeting to inspire creativity, deepen product knowledge, and foster community.
