Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze large, multi-source datasets to derive actionable insights
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualization's (Power BI/Tableau)
• Support data quality and transformation efforts across Local Authorities
• Investigate geometry issues, automate workflows, validate outputs
Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst in data/engineering-driven environments
• Strong SQL, Excel, and visualization skills
• Python or R experience is a strong plus
• Familiarity with databases and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Geospatial tools: QGIS required; ArcGIS/FME desirable
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in agile teams and iterative delivery cycles
• Comfortable working with ETL processes and manual/digital data sources
• Willingness to travel for stakeholder collaboration
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to enhance models, pipelines, and tools
• Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Engage on-site with Local Authorities when required
