We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager Visuals Accessories to accelerate our business growth across EMEA Global Accounts. The role focuses on expanding our market share in PC monitors, displays, and accessories, driving both direct and indirect sales channels, and strengthening relationships with strategic accounts. You will work closely with product management, marketing, and operations to execute winning strategies, ensure brand visibility, and deliver revenue and margin growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets in PC monitors, displays, and accessories.
- Lead competitive acquisition strategies to expand penetration in global accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing and product management to enhance brand visibility, campaigns, and promotions for monitors and accessories across EMEA.
- Manage the full product lifecycle and foster relationships with key accounts to maximize adoption of monitors and accessories portfolios.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product Management, Sales, Finance, and GSC to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Drive Direct and Indirect sales motions to grow adoption of monitors and accessories with end customers.
- Expand business within existing accounts while developing new customers and sales channels for visuals and accessories.
- Provide regular market insights and competitive analysis to inform strategy and execution.
Position Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a strong track record in monitors, displays, and PC accessories.
- Solid knowledge of global account management and B2B sales dynamics.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English; additional EMEA languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
