Job Description

The United Kingdom M&A team based in the London office, is focused on advising clients on potential mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions, primarily focusing on companies within the UK market. The role involves performing tasks such as financial modeling, due diligence, valuation analysis, client presentations, and transaction execution. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and financial skills.

Investment Banking

We are looking for a professional to join our Investment Banking team in London at the Analyst level and use their skills and ideas to make an impact to the success of Goldman Sachs. The position is within our UK coverage team.

Basic Qualifications

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• At least one year investment banking experience
• History of outstanding academic and professional achievement
• Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions
