Global Brand Manager – Women’s Health

We are seeking a Global Brand Manager (Women’s Health) to join our team in St James’ Park, London, reporting to the Global Marketing Lead.

In this key role, you will support the development and execution of global brand strategic plans for Theramex’s Menopause and Contraception portfolios. You will play a vital part in driving brand performance, lifecycle management, go‑to‑market strategy, and cross‑functional collaboration—while engaging closely with local country teams to ensure global‑to‑local alignment.

About You

You are educated to degree level or higher in a relevant science or business discipline and bring strong, hands‑on experience in pharmaceutical marketing. You’re confident leading end‑to‑end digital campaigns, collaborating effectively across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and country teams, and managing agencies to deliver high‑quality work on time and within budget. You communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, balance strategic thinking with excellent project management and organisational skills, and are comfortable overseeing marketing budgets. Experience in global or regional brand management and exposure to women’s health therapeutic areas would be an advantage. Above all, you are a collaborative self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is motivated by the opportunity to drive impactful global brand initiatives.

Cross‑Functional Working

• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and other core teams to deliver integrated brand plans and successful project execution.
• Collaborate with country teams to ensure flawless execution and the sharing of best practices, while addressing local market needs.
