Description
Increasing the efficiency and productivity of our Global Sales & Partner teams is a critical factor in the company achieving our growth targets. In addition to efficient day-to-day system management and executive reporting, the purpose of this role is to take our Global Sales Enablement Programme to the next level to further enhance our business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with senior level Regional Marketing & Sales Leaders to understand their Enablement needs.
- Designing & implementing a new Communications Plan to drive Seismic adoption metrics in all Regions.
- Developing new industry-specific Digital Sales Rooms & Sales Toolkits to help Sales & Partners access relevant tools efficiently.
- Supporting the roll out of Proposal Factory (an exciting initiative to drive the quality, consistency & efficiency of significant customer bids & proposals to support growth) in EMEA, LATAM & APAC.
- Supporting the launch of high-profile Sales transformation projects e.g. Global CRM Upgrade EMEA CPQ roll out and US Service Contracts on CPQ.
- Collaborating with APAC to boost Sales engagement in our LiveSocial social engagement tool to support growth.
- Exploring new initiatives to drive Sales & Marketing efficiency – upgrade of our Content Governance, enhancement of our reporting insights and implementation of new Seismic functionality.
For context, the three primary applications you will be working with are Seismic, our global Sales & Partner Enablement application, Oracle Sales Cloud, our global CRM system and Eloqua (Oracle Marketing Cloud) our marketing automation system.
Main Responsibilities
Adoption & engagement
- Regional Engagement: Communicate new functionality from Seismic (product launches 3 x a year), Sales best practice & reporting trends to equip Regions. Listen to Regional needs and provide appropriate support to deliver solutions to help engage Sales teams effectively.
- Communications Plan: Based on needs, develop and implement a concise Communications plan to boost monthly Seismic adoption metrics with particular emphasis on Digital Sales Room adoption.
- Eloqua: Produce Eloqua email communications to support launch of high-profile initiatives as well as Seismic, CRM & CPQ adoption.
- New Seismic Functionality: Explore new functionality to drive Sales efficiency & engage Sales (e.g. Seismic Teams integration, AI & Livedocs).
Content creation
- Sales Ecosystem Profile: Collaborate with key stakeholders to refresh the Seismic Sales Ecosystem Profile to support the Global CRM Upgrade.
- Video-editing: Create bite-size video clips and animated gifs to support Seismic, CRM & CPQ adoption.
- Industry Digital Sales Rooms & Toolkits: Based on CRM data & discussions with key stakeholders, design & launch industry-specific Digital Sales Rooms and Toolkits to facilitate Sales outreach activities. Collect Sales feedback to drive adoption.
- Hotel Content: Collaborate with the EMEA Hotel Sales Specialist & the Glory Studio to produce global tools for the Hotel Toolkit profile to facilitate new business with luxury hotel brands e.g. global hotel framework guides & adaption of ceros tools.
- Profiles & Pages: Create and refresh Seismic Profiles & Pages as required.
Proposals
- Seismic Presentation Builder: Based on training, become the expert on Seismic Presentation Builder (the tool reps use to facilitate fast creation of high quality, professional, personalised Customer Proposals) so that you can edit the navigation of the Proposal Factory as requirements evolve.
- Presentation Builder sections: Produce Proposal template & Case Study PowerPoint sections to facilitate the Proposal Factory roll out. Translate using MS Copilot. Manage translation reviews with regions.
- Next Level: Explore the use of Seismic Livedocs and/or CRM integration to further enhance the Sales experience of Proposal Factory.
Sales Training
- Content Owner training: Based on training, onboard new content owners and run refresher training for existing Content owners to equip them to add/edit/update/archive content, access actionable insights and engage Sales reps.
- Sales Training: Based on training, provide Sales-facing webinars and drop-in sessions to help drive Seismic adoption (e.g. Proposal Factory, Digital Sales Rooms & LiveSocial).
Insights
- Monthly Dashboard Reporting: Provide monthly reporting on key impact metrics to the VP of Strategic Marketing & the Regions indicating future actions to drive adoption.
- HR Reporting: Incorporate new & expired users into monthly dashboard for HR for audit purposes.
- Next Level: Based on LiveInsights training and discussions with key stakeholders (VP of Strategic Marketing, CX, Regional Marketing & Sales Leaders), develop and implement a plan to take our reporting to the next level to drive better insights.
Governance
- Users: Respond quickly to requests from regions to add, edit, delete or trouble-shoot for users. Manage an annual process to review users & recharge licences to regions.
- Content: Upload & publish new assets to SalesEdge. Manage an annual process to review content by regions to optimise the Sales search experience.
- Next Level: Based on Seismic Site admin training, develop and implement a plan to take our governance to the next level to drive Sales & Marketing efficiency, in particular implementation of Automatic Expiry Dates.
Broader Marketing Support
- Key Marketing Solutions: Cross train on key marketing solutions to provide critical cover for sickness and absence around our Intranet and external website platforms.

- 5 years’ experience in a Sales/Marketing environment. Experience of Marketing Communications (desirable).

- Advanced experience with the Microsoft 365 suite (in particular MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot and OneDrive).
- Advanced experience of MS Excel for data analysis (in particular Pivot tables & VLOOKUPs)
- Knowledge and prior experience of Seismic or another Enablement Platform.
- Knowledge and prior experience of Oracle Sales Cloud or another CRM.
- Knowledge and prior experience of Eloqua (Oracle Marketing Cloud) or another Marketing Automation Platform.
- Knowledge and prior experience of video-editing with Adobe Creative Cloud.
