I'm currently engaging with London- and US-based Heads of Catastrophe Analytics for an exciting retained mandate to lead a Global Catastrophe Modelling function.
This is a strategic, high-visibility hire with board-level exposure. The successful candidate will shape the organisation's catastrophe modelling philosophy, analytics roadmap, development priorities, and vendor strategy. Acting as a key external representative, this leader will help drive brand presence and client engagement on an international scale.
Key requirements:
- Leadership experience within CAT analytics across UK specialty and international markets
- Proven track record of building and scaling analytics teams
- Collaborative approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to clearly communicate the value of CAT analytics across the full insurance value chain
