Job Purpose
The Higher Education team designs and oversees a number of projects and programmes within the Oxford International Digital Institute. In particular, International Foundation, International Year 1, Pre-master’s, and Pre-PhD programmes that are delivered in a range of modes and locations to give international students access to Higher Education. As the number of partnerships and programmes has grown, so too has the need to grow the operations team and ensure their success.
Working closely with the Director of HE, Academic Head, and Programme Leads, the post holder will take non-academic ownership of a number of centres/project accounts with a view to successfully supporting, nurturing, and growing them commercially.
This role will oversee specific partnerships while also being a key OIDI HE team member with line management responsibility for the Admissions & Progressions Coordinator.
The role requires significant internal stakeholder liaison with regional sales, marketing, admissions, and finance. Externally, university partners, agents, and Global Partner managers/directors.
Ultimately, the role aims to nurture and grow commercial partnerships through excellent relationship management, supporting non-academic functions of the partnerships and driving engagement and use of the product suite.
