It acts as the backbone of the organization, overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and enabling front-office teams to deliver client solutions efficiently and within regulatory frameworks. The COO function drives coordination across business lines, technology, finance, and compliance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while maintaining resilience, scalability, and cost discipline.
