Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, organised and future focused Global Operations Coordinator to help drive excellence across our global operational landscape. Based out of our Manchester HQ, this is a broad and exciting role offering opportunity to work side-by-side with our Head of Operations to shape and deliver strategic improvements across our offices, suppliers, sustainability initiatives and operational practices.
About You
You may have a few years of hands-on experience in operations in other professional service fields, or you might have recently completed studies in business, operations management, sustainability, or a related field and are ready to put your knowledge into practice. Either way, you’re eager to get stuck in, contribute ideas, and grow your impact in a role that touches many parts of the business.

What will I be doing?
As our Global Operations Coordinator, your role will span across multiple core areas of the business. You’ll support day-to-day operational needs while also driving forward longer-term improvements, working closely with the Head of Operations to help shape and deliver our global strategy.
And whilst we've outlined the key responsibilities below, operations is never just one thing. This role will see you wearing many hats: one moment you're deep in a sustainability report, the next you're coordinating a global office event or solving a supplier challenge. If you enjoy variety, can adapt quickly, and like being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly then this could be the role for you.
Facilities & Office Coordination
Act as the central point of contact for global office operations, managing the globe facilities mailbox and supporting local office managers to ensure high-quality, consistent service and smooth day-to-day running across all sites.
Employee Engagement & Office Events
Plan and coordinate office events that bring people together, strengthen culture, and contribute to our group-wide employee engagement goals.
Sustainability Leadership
Take the lead on our carbon footprint assessments, assist with reporting frameworks, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
Maintain our EcoVadis accreditation and support ongoing improvement efforts.
Oversee ISO 9001 compliance, supporting internal audits and continuous improvement.
Supplier & Procurement Management
Manage supplier onboarding, mechanisms to review performance and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
Implement procurement processes that prioritise efficiency, sustainability, and cost control.
Operational Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve how we work, from reducing waste and spend to introducing smarter processes and lead the delivery of those improvements across teams and offices.
Social Impact & Sustainability Engagement
Coordinate company-wide initiatives aligned to our Social Impact Framework, including sustainability awareness campaigns, internal engagement activities, and champion events at local level across our offices.
Bids & Tender Support
Support the Head of Operations and wider team with bid and tender submissions, ensuring client excellence across our client base.
Compliance & Reporting
Maintain up-to-date documentation across operational and sustainability activities.
Prepare reports for leadership, tracking progress against internal targets and external commitments.
Strategic & Operational Support
Collaborate closely with the Head of Operations on the development and rollout of forward-thinking strategies that enable operational excellence, support business growth, and embed environmental responsibility into everything we do.
