The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Partnerships Manager to join our commercial team and lead sponsorship sales efforts across our global event portfolio. You’ll play a pivotal role in building long-term relationships with key decision-makers across the insurtech and insurance ecosystem, from innovative startups to Fortune 500 companies.

This is a revenue-generating role, focused on identifying, pitching, and closing high-value sponsorship opportunities for our events and media platforms.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with potential sponsors, including insurtechs, insurers, reinsurers, consultancies, and solution providers
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding sponsors for events and digital campaigns
  • Develop tailored value propositions and proposals aligned with client objectives and event themes
  • Collaborate with the marketing, content, and operations teams to deliver successful sponsor experiences
  • Build long-term partnerships and manage a growing portfolio of global accounts
  • Attend and represent Insurtech Insights at international events and networking opportunities
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in events, media, or sponsorship
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to identify client needs and translate them into compelling solutions
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (C-suite and VP-level)
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
  • Knowledge or interest in insurance, fintech, or insurtech is a strong plus
