What You'll Do
We are seeking a visionary and result-driven head of product to lead our product organisation and drive the strategic direction of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, developing the product roadmap, and overseeing the execution of product initiatives to achieve our company’s goals
- Defining product strategy: Conducting market research, gathering customer insights, analysing competitor landscapes, and identifying market opportunities to shape the overall product strategy.
- Setting product vision: Articulating a clear and compelling vision for the product that aligns with the company’s goals and resonates with target users. Leading product teams: Managing and mentoring a team of product managers, product owners, and other product professionals, fostering collaboration and driving high performance.
- Prioritizing features: Working with stakeholders to prioritize feature development based on market needs, user feedback, and business objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Partnering with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product development and successful launches.
- Monitoring product performance: Tracking key metrics and analysing user data to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Build technical file product management documentation including project brief, labelling, supporting regulatory strategy
- Supporting conduct user studies, usability and PMCF to identify opportunities for new product development and enhancement of existing products.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines priorities, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate product strategy, product news updates, trade show and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Provide labelling claims oversight for the business and overall process owner of marketing & labelling claims inventory
Who You Are
We believe you're the right fit if you have
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as medical business, marketing, or engineering.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing, launching and scaling products
- Some knowledge and understanding of medical devices and experience in the medical device industry
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyse data to make informed decisions
