Role Summary and Impact
The Global Program Lead for the Global TCCC account / OpenX media will leverage their deep understanding of both the senior leadership team and the wider operational team to drive efficiency, improve processes, and foster stronger relationships with clients. With an embedded presence in the team, they will act as both a trusted advisor and an operational leader, using Agile methodologies to streamline workflows, enhance accountability, and ensure productive, results-driven meetings. The Global Program Lead will also leverage their exceptional interpersonal skills to foster senior leadership engagement with clients and ensure the flawless execution of client events, driving long-term relationships and business growth.
This position will be pivotal in enhancing business operations, contributing to team development, and strengthening the client relationship, all while ensuring the efficiency of program initiatives related to the TCCC account.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Leadership:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and counsel to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance on operational challenges and supporting decision-making through actionable insights.
- Streamline meetings and operational touchpoints to ensure they are focused and efficient, driving clarity on TCCC’s strategic priorities. Engage in internal meetings to ensure alignment between team leads on key objectives.
Business Operations Management:
- Actively monitor and improve business processes for senior leaders, developing and implementing solutions that enhance operational excellence across the day-to-day work of the team. This includes streamlining meetings, tracking actionable outcomes, ensuring accountability for task completion, and intuitively anticipating the needs of senior leaders to optimize their workflows and the team's overall efficiency.
- Champion the integration of Agile methodologies, leading process improvements that streamline operations, reduce roadblocks, and drive efficiency for TCCC projects.
- Ensure cross-functional teams dedicated to TCCC programs have the systems and support they need to work seamlessly and effectively, serving as the central point of contact to triage TCCC Global requests and insights to GRM/WPP.
Client Events & Relations:
- Strategically develop and manage a comprehensive calendar of key internal and external events, aligning client participation with overarching strategic priorities to deepen relationships with key stakeholders and drive long-term value.
- Drive strategic client engagement by leveraging your deep understanding of senior leadership to foster long-term, impactful relationships, ensuring alignment between leadership’s vision and client expectations.
- Lead the coordination and execution of client-facing events with precision, ensuring senior leadership is prominently represented and that each event enhances the client experience, strengthens relationships, and drives business growth.
- Proactively manage client communications, anticipating needs and ensuring alignment between internal teams and client expectations, positioning the organization as a trusted partner committed to client success.
People & Culture Focus:
- Actively disseminate key insights, strategies, and decisions from senior leaders to the team, driving alignment and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Regularly update senior leaders on operational challenges and team dynamics, using deep knowledge of team culture to ensure alignment with leadership’s vision and foster a high-performance environment that promotes collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Facilitate team-building events and activities that foster a strong, cohesive team, with a focus on operational excellence and client engagement.
Strategic Planning & Process Improvement:
- Proactively collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement strategic initiatives, identifying areas of improvement and creating actionable plans to enhance operational efficiency.
- Continuously assess business workflows and recommend solutions to optimize efficiency, ensuring that process improvements are aligned with client needs and internal goals.
