Job Details
The Global Real Estate Lead role is crucial for Kantar Media as we embark on our separation from Kantar Group. This position will be responsible for developing and managing the TSA exit plan and establishing the go-forward operating model and property portfolio strategy. The Real Estate Lead will play a key role in ensuring the smooth migration of properties and the supporting the strategic planning for relocations, contributing significantly to the company's operational efficiency and key transformation initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, management, and oversee planning for TSA properties across all global locations
- Review and amend governance processes and procedures for property acquisition
- Lead the relocation projects for key sites
- Implement ESG reporting and support local HR with moves into serviced offices
- Rationalize the property portfolio to support key transformation initiatives
- Engage brokers, manage fit-outs, and oversee exit moves for TSA properties
- New property searches/business cases/negotiations for TSA properties
- Work closely with various functions deliver enhanced employee experience
- Adhere to occupational safety regulations and resolve any workplace safety issues.
Capbilities And Experience
- Expertise in real estate management and strategic planning
- Strong project management skills with experience in handling large-scale property relocations
- Ability to develop and implement governance processes and procedures
- Knowledge of ESG reporting and its implementation
- Excellent management skills to manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders and teams
- Proficiency in developing comprehensive property databases
- Experience in rationalizing property portfolios to support cost transformation initiatives
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities to efficiently prioritize tasks for both oneself and the team in a dynamic work setting.
- Expertise in planning, building infrastructure, operations, and vendor contracting.
