Position Overview
The role is available in both Crawley, UK and Dubai, UAE and is a key position within the tender management team, offering a varied mix of tender management, sales support and tender related administration. Working closely with both the sales and supply teams, you'll play an essential role in ensuring smooth internal processes and a high-quality output for customers and colleagues alike.
Responsibilities
- Tender management: Manage incoming RFP requests (data entry) and coordinate with sales and supply to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage pricing updates: Update tenders with changing supply quotes.
- Communication: Work closely with sales and supply to ensure customer deadlines are managed
- Problem Solving: Address day-to-day challenges with a solution-focused approach.
- Sales support: Support sales with tenders, global supply and business intelligence initiatives.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be confident, organised, and eager to take ownership of their work. You’ll need to be comfortable with numbers and data, proactive in your communication style, and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong Excel skills – confident using formulas, filters, and data sorting (pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and support colleagues as needed
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
