About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Goods-In Manager to work at our brand new, state-of-the-art factory in Barton-upon-Humber. The candidate will work 5 days per week from Monday to Saturday, 07:00 - 15:30.
Main responsibilities:
- Assess staffing resources and effectively organise workflow to ensure all tasks within the department are carried out by a competent member of the team and to the highest standard
- Conducting team briefs to clearly communicate targets, achievements, improvements, and business change to all team members
- Being accountable for all incoming goods deliveries and quality checks.
- Ensure all defects on MHE are reported to the correct contractor and ensure the work is carried out to the highest standard, ensuring all equipment is safe
- Co-ordinate cross-training within the department, monitor training requirements and implement training as required
About You
Desired skills & knowledge:
- Knowledge of Goods-In processes and Vehicles
- Previous experience in a manufacturing management position
- Capable of working in a culturally diverse environment
- Able to work flexibly when required
- MHE experience is essential
