SystemsAccountants is working with a leading global organisation to recruit a Governance & Controls System Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team and play a key role in the rollout and management of a newly implemented Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platform.

You’ll be instrumental in supporting the implementation of AuditBoard, managing system enhancements, and delivering high-quality reporting to senior stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of technology, controls, and data—ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the rollout and ongoing development of AuditBoard for internal controls
• Managing configuration changes and impact assessments across test and production environments
• Leading group-wide support processes for AuditBoard users
• Delivering regular reporting packs on controls status, issues, and remediation
• Building strong relationships with risk, controls, and systems teams across the group
• Managing metadata changes and system issue escalations

What We’re Looking for:

• Experience implementing and supporting GRC tools (AuditBoard or similar) is preferrable, but candidates with finance systems administration experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong understanding of internal controls frameworks (e.g. US SOX)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex business environment
