Governance Support Officer
NJC Point 14 – 18 (£28,624 FTE - £30,559 FTE)
Full time, All Year Round, 37 Hours per week
Hybrid – Homebased with requirement to travel to Head Office/Schools

This is an exciting opportunity for two Governance Support Officers to join the Academy Transformation Trust (ATT) Central Governance team, you will work closely with many key individuals to provide high quality, comprehensive and flexible support for the Trust’s governance activities.

The Central team includes experts from a range of professional backgrounds, who work together to provide educational and operational excellence and to foster a strong ATT community.
Who we’re looking for
The successful candidates will be responsible for: Supporting the administration of Local Governing Boards (LGBs) and the statutory responsibilities of a large Multi-academy Trust, enabling these functions to be undertaken in a regulatory compliant, professional, and effective manner.
Providing administrative support to the Governance Team to ensure that its provision is professional and effective.
Working closely with Principals, Chairs, and other ATT Central staff, you will primarily support our school Local Governing Boards by providing an efficient governance support and advice service, that meets statutory and regulatory compliance requirements. This will enable our school Governors to make effective decisions and provide key scrutiny to the schools they serve.
