At AXA, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Governance Transformation Consultant, to join us on a 9 month fixed term contract, to support the redesign of our governance frameworks at an enterprise level. This role is pivotal in driving strategic alignment and ensuring effective execution across our organisation.

As Governance Transformation Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in reimagining our governance processes, strategic budgeting cycles, and delivery assurance frameworks. You'll collaborate with senior management and various stakeholders to ensure our governance and change initiatives meet the needs of AXA Group, delivering clear value and confidence in execution. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Refresh and enhance overall governance processes and structures.
