We welcome applications from recent graduates with no prior experience, as well as early-career engineers keen to take the next step.

You will be joining an experienced team and be part of a collaborative team of Engineers, Apprentices, and Technicians, delivering innovative solutions across:

• Drainage design and strategy
• Infrastructure design
• Flood Risk
• Structural engineering

You’ll gain hands-on experience working on a wide variety of schemes, including housing developments, highways, and local authority projects.

Due to recent project wins and planned company growth they are looking to hire a Graduate Engineer in their Civil Engineering team.

Projects include Commercial, Residential, Education and more.

What we’re looking for:

• A relevant degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop your skills

Package:

• £26,000 – £30,000 per year, depending on experience
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)
• 3–5 % employer pension contribution
• Free parking
