Role Overview

  • Helping to develop our go-to-market strategy, developing innovative ways to win new business through marketing


initiatives, pricing models, product development and internal structure

  • Developing and improving commercial processes to ensure operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and


Strategy functions, including quoting processes, order management and public sector outreach campaigns

  • Working directly with our customer base to assess opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, contributing directly


to our revenue generating strategies

  • Analysing and manipulating data to create predictive financial and commercial models, informing high-level


strategic decisions

  • Support development of strategic materials including investor presentations, competitor benchmarking, and


commercial reporting for leadership

  • Conduct research into new market opportunities and help build business cases for commercial growth


Internet for Business

  • Providing the Senior Leadership Team with crucial business intelligence, allowing them to make key decisions


affecting our future



Key Responsibilities

(Please note that this list is not exhaustive)

  • Process non-standard orders for the direct sales team, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Take ownership of rapid quoting processes for Tier 1 and Channel customers, delivering fast and accurate responses.
  • Conduct research and build comprehensive datasets to support public sector engagement initiatives.
  • Support event execution by researching speakers, coordinating logistics, and ensuring strong attendee turnout.
  • Participate in marketing activities as part of an apprenticeship, gaining exposure to content creation, digital


marketing, and campaign execution.

  • Ensure high-quality CRM data entry by sales representatives, enabling reliable reporting and decision-making for


leadership.

The Right Candidate

  • A highly intelligent, driven graduate with a strong generalist skillset: problem solving, analytical thinking, research, communication, and project management
  • A strong interest in GTM strategy, B2B markets, and how great companies scale (long-term you might be considering strategy consulting)
  • Someone who sees the big picture and can “join the dots” between data, commercial activity, and company strategy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly
  • A proactive self-starter who can take ownership of tasks and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
  • You get stuck in to the routine as well as the exciting in support of the team achieving the end goal
  • You are easy to get along with and gel with all different types of colleagues - from those on the "front line" (laying fibre cable in our case) to the Exec
  • Existing right to work in the UK
