What to Expect:

From your very first day, you’ll be immersed in the action—gaining hands-on experience across the entire project lifecycle, from site possession and setup to fit-out and final handover.

You’ll work alongside senior managers, coordinate teams, drive safety and compliance, and collaborate directly with subcontractors and clients. This is your chance to see how landmark construction projects come to life—while playing a vital role in making it happen.

Your Goal:

What You Need:

• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• A problem-solving mindset with the confidence to take initiative and drive solutions.
• Passion for construction and the ambition to grow into a future project leader.

The Application Process:

Your journey starts with a video call screening, followed by an assessment day of group activities and challenges for selected candidates, with successful applicants securing a place on our 2026 Graduate Programme!

Start Dates:

• July 2026 – for graduates eager to kick off their career straight away.
• September 2026– for those who’d like a well-earned summer break before getting started.
